Rustic charm

This traditionally built cortijo-style property captures the essence of rustic Andalucian living combined with modern-day luxuries such as air-conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. With terracotta floors throughout, timber shuttered windows, traditional plastered white walls and a dramatic open fire, this “casa de campo” offers a flavour of the real Spain. The interior design theme echoes the Moorish influence found throughout Andalucia, with Moroccan lamps and colourful accessories.

The spacious living room has French windows that spill out onto the large covered terrace, overlooking the Sierra de Las Nieves mountains. There are two comfy sofas around the fire and a separate dining area with extendable table. There are also shuttered French windows that open onto the pool terrace. Books and a CD player with CDs are provided for entertainment and relaxation.

The large Andalucian-style kitchen boasts all modern appliances in stylish aluminium finish, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven with extractor hood and ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the utility room, where one can also find an iron & board, and all the other additional kitchen items one would expect.
