On top of the World

This cortijo property is typical of those in Southern Spain. With its architecture influenced by the Moors, the house has its own internal courtyard with water feature - a cool and peaceful place. On a clear night, looking up from the courtyard, one cannot help but be awestruck by the clarity and brightness of the stars above.

At almost 500 metres above sea level, the large terraces on two sides of the property offer outstanding views that change with the light and weather. At the front, the covered terrace provides welcome shade - a great place to sit and absorb the panorama. The pool terrace is covered by a pergola providing dappled shade, whilst sun worshippers can top up their tans by the pool where one can also find the built-in BBQ.
