Experience the seasons
Although it's less than 2 ½ hours flight from the UK, Southern
Spain benefits from the most reliable and the most favourable weather
in Europe.
This mountainous part of Andalucia can get very warm in the summer,
usually about 4 or 5 degrees warmer than on the coast. However,
it is usually very low humidity, so the heat is usually not uncomfortable
in summer.
However, the wonderfully warm weather and long sunny days of the
summer months can are contrasted by chilly nights in winter, so
guests will appreciate the fire place - logs are provided, taken
from old olive and almond tress from the estate. The integrated
air-conditioning also provides warm air convection for comfort.
There is snow on the mountains nearby in winter and the temperature
can get close to freezing on some days.
It sometimes rains, usually between late autumn and early spring,
when the weather is less predictable.
